Admissions

Liberty International College

We greatly appreciate your interest in admitting your child to our school. We are delighted to offer you this convinient guide to admissions process at LIC.

Step 1
  • Meet the Admissions Officer on duty and complete the Premilinary Survey.

  • Obtain an Application for Admission.

  • Collect brochures regarding the school calendar and the fees structure.

  • Go on a tour of the school premises with the Admissions Officer.

  • Make an appointment for the Assessment Tests to be taken by child (duration: 1 hour) either on the same day or on another day, depending on the availablity of time for both you and your child.

  • NOTE: If your child is applying to either Playgroup or Grade 11 or Grade 12, the Assessment Test is not required.

Step 2
  • If the Assessment Tests were not administered for your child during the First Visit, set aside a time of one hour for your child to complete the Assessment Tests (not required for a child applying to Playgroup or above Grade 10).

  • If the school tour was not taken during the First Visit, go on a tour of the school with the Admissions Officer.

  • If the Assessment Tests were not required for your child at the time of the First Visit, evaluate the Managements' offer of admission along with the conditions of admission. In the case of a student who had completed the Ordinary Level examinations (either Cambridge or Edexcel or National Syllabus), the offer will be based mostly upon the official results sheet provided to the Admissions Officer during the First visit.

  • If your child had required the Assessment Tests and completed them, their scores would be taken into consideration by the Management to arrive at the offer of admission and its conditions.

  • If the parent or legal guardian of the child is satisfied with the offer of admission and accepts the conditions of admission, he or she can fill out a formal Application for Admission and return it to the Admission Officer, complete with the required passport-size photographs of the child and parents (or legal guardian) plus photocopies of the documentation regarding identity and educational history of the child.

Step 3
  • After handing over the completed Application for Admission along with the accompanying photocopies of the required documentation, the parent or guardian must make the first payment to the school (Admission Fee and the Term Fee).
